Arizona Auto Minimums

What Arizona Requires

Arizona's standard financial responsibility law requires personal auto liability limits of at least $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident for bodily injury, plus $15,000 for property damage — commonly written as 25/50/15 — under A.R.S. §28-4009 (Arizona Department of Transportation). Many drivers carry higher limits than the state minimum, since 25/50/15 can be exhausted quickly in a serious accident.
