If you provide a mobile phone number and separately check the SMS opt-in checkbox on our Contact page, you consent to receive text messages from Desert Shield Insurance at that number, including messages related to your inquiry, insurance quotes, policy servicing, and follow-up communications. Providing a phone number alone is never treated as SMS consent. We only send marketing or informational text messages to numbers where the separate SMS opt-in checkbox was affirmatively checked. The checkbox is unchecked by default, is optional, and is never required to submit a form, request a quote, or do business with us.
